DISPUTES
Either side can open a dispute within the locked windows. Evidence locks, response clocks, and one appeal follow the dispute rules in product. An ADN Assistant adjudicates when needed.
STRIKES
Late proof, silence, and policy breaks can add strikes. Strikes expire on the locked schedule. Enough open strikes pause bidding.
