American Dream Network ("ADN") is a US marketplace for original art and domestic production services. This page lists categories of items and conduct that may not be listed, sold, bid on, or facilitated through the Services. It supplements the "Prohibited Conduct" section of the Terms of Service at /terms.
Anything unlawful to sell or ship in the United States, including controlled substances, weapons, ammunition, explosives, stolen property, counterfeit goods, and products that require a license you do not hold.
Listings that infringe copyright, trademark, or other rights; replicas presented as originals; AI-generated work mislabeled as hand-made without clear disclosure; or images you do not have rights to use.
Items that cannot be shipped safely under carrier rules, including undisclosed hazmat, recalled products, and goods barred from US import or interstate commerce.
Production services that violate law, safety codes, or ADN policy, including work performed outside the United States when the job or listing requires US-made delivery, and services that facilitate fee circumvention or off-platform payment.
Spam listings, scraping, harassment, impersonation, malware, attempts to bypass Stripe or ADN fees, and coordinated manipulation of reviews, bids, or rankings.
ADN may remove listings, cancel transactions, withhold payouts, suspend accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement. Report concerns via /contact or the in-product report tools when available.
