This Privacy and Data Use Policy describes how American Dream Network, LLC ("ADN", "American Dream Network", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and otherwise processes information in connection with your access to and use of services provided by ADN and our website located at americandreamnetwork.us and related applications (collectively, the "Site"), including any related content, features, services, or tools (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy and Data Use Policy (this "Privacy Policy").

We collect information you provide directly, information we obtain automatically when you use the Services, and information from third parties. This may include identifiers and contact details (e.g., name, email, address, phone), account credentials, profile and artwork or project listing details, transaction and payment information, communications and support inquiries, user-generated content, device and usage data (including cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies), and verification/KYC information where required by us or our payment processors. We do NOT store payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or full Stripe Connect account details on ADN servers — Stripe is our payment processor and those details live with them, governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

We may use your information for purposes including without limitation: providing, operating, and securing the Services; facilitating listings, sales, purchases, payments, payouts, shipping, insurance, and dispute handling; detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, abuse, and security incidents; complying with law, card network and processor rules, and applicable reporting obligations; communicating with you (including about accounts, transactions, features, and updates); personalizing and improving the Services; conducting research, analytics, and product development; and marketing and advertising, subject to your choices and applicable law.

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS notifications through your account settings or during registration, you agree to receive transactional text messages from ADN related to your account activity. These messages may include purchase confirmations, sale alerts, shipping updates, and event reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at hello@americandreamnetwork.com. SMS notifications are supplementary to email; opting out of SMS means you will only receive notifications via email. We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number or any other personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We are not responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery due to factors outside our control, including carrier issues or incorrect phone numbers on file. It is your responsibility to ensure your phone number on file is accurate and up to date.

We share information as needed to achieve the purposes described above, including with: service providers and vendors (e.g., hosting, analytics, communications, support, marketing, shipping, insurance); payment processors and financial partners (currently including Stripe and its affiliates) for payment, payout, chargeback, reserve, and risk operations; other users to facilitate transactions and communications between Buyers and Artists (or between clients and producers); law enforcement, regulators, and courts as required or appropriate; and in connection with corporate transactions (e.g., financing, merger, acquisition, or asset sale). We and our payment processors may debit or credit your designated payment methods and accounts to process payments, refunds, fees, chargebacks, adjustments, or other amounts arising from your use of the Services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to, among other things, operate and secure the Services, remember preferences, enable features, analyze performance, and support advertising and marketing. You can manage certain cookie preferences through your browser or device settings, though disabling cookies may affect site functionality. We may also use automated scanning and related tools to improve search and user experience across the Services.

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws than your place of residence. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to and from the U.S. and other jurisdictions for the purposes described in this section.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, protect our rights, manage risk (including chargeback exposure and reserves), and for other legitimate business purposes. Actual retention periods may vary based on the nature of the data and our obligations.

You can exercise choices over your information by: managing account information and preferences through your account settings; opting out of non-transactional marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails; opting out of SMS notifications by replying STOP to any message or adjusting your notification preferences in account settings; adjusting cookie settings as described above; and where required by law, exercising rights of access, deletion, correction, or portability by contacting us at hello@americandreamnetwork.com or by using our data deletion request form. We may deny or limit requests to the extent permitted by law, including where we cannot verify your identity or where requests would affect our ability to provide the Services, comply with law, or manage risk.

We implement safeguards that are designed to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Your use of the Services is at your own risk, and the disclaimers and limitations of liability in our Terms of Service apply to this Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by law.

The Services are not directed to children or other users under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users under the age of 18. If we learn that a person under 18 has provided us with information, we will take steps to delete such information where required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting unless otherwise specified, and your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.
