Seller Terms

These Seller Terms supplement the ADN Terms of Service at /terms ("Terms"). If these Seller Terms conflict with the Terms on a seller- or producer-specific topic, these Seller Terms control for Artists, Producers, and other sellers. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Terms.

These Seller Terms apply when you list artwork on the SHOP, activate producer service listings, bid on client jobs, or otherwise sell or perform work through ADN. Collectors and clients who only buy or hire are governed by the Terms alone unless they also sell.

You represent that every listing, portfolio image, techpack reference, proof submission, and written claim about origin, materials, capacity, lead time, or compliance is accurate and that you have authority to sell or perform the work described. You will update listings promptly when facts change.

When you represent work as made in the United States, that representation must be true for the goods or services you deliver. ADN may require periodic re-attestation before you bid or list. Misrepresentation may result in suspension, withheld payouts, and removal.

Seller payouts run through Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe onboarding and keep charges and payouts enabled to receive funds. ADN may skip a payout until Stripe reports the connected account can receive transfers. You remain responsible for chargebacks, reversals, and amounts owed after release.

You will not list or offer prohibited items or services described at /prohibited, and you will not use ADN to circumvent fees, solicit off-platform payment, harass users, or infringe intellectual property. ADN may remove listings, freeze balances, or suspend accounts for violations.

A bid you submit on a job is an offer under the milestones and proofs you name. When a client awards your bid, those terms lock unless the parties agree to a written change order through ADN. You must maintain bid-ready status (approved application, identity verification, active Stripe, portfolio, and required attestations) before submitting bids.

We may update these Seller Terms by posting a new version with a "Last updated" date. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before you list, bid, or sell.
