what is [shop]?
shop is where American creators sell their work directly. you buy directly from the artist, no middlemen.
how do i buy on [shop]?
create an account, browse artworks, and purchase at asking price or inquire for more details. some artists choose to display their prices publicly, others disclose privately upon inquiry.
how does shipping work?
the buyer covers shipping cost at checkout. we do not collect sales tax at checkout. the artist is responsible for packing. after the sale is confirmed, the artist has 10 days to hand a carrier shipment to the carrier (reminder emails at days 3, 6, and 9). if not shipped, the purchase is refunded in full. local pickup is not on that clock.
what if my artwork arrives damaged?
Pick your order below so we can verify the purchase. Describe the damage; attach photos by replying to our confirmation email. We work with the artist on a resolution — replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
