what is shop?
shop is where American creators sell their work directly. you buy directly from the artist, no middlemen.
how do i buy on shop?
create an account, browse artworks, and purchase at asking price or inquire for more details. some artists choose to display their prices publicly, others disclose privately upon inquiry.
how does shipping work?
the buyer covers shipping cost and applicable sales tax. the artist is responsible for packing and shipping. after the sale is confirmed, the artist has 10 days to ship (with reminder emails at days 3, 6, and 9). if not shipped, the purchase is refunded in full.
what if my artwork arrives damaged?
email hello@americandreamnetwork.us as soon as you can with photos. we work with the artist on a resolution — replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
